Handmade antique-inspired crepe paper flowers

These handmade crepe paper flowers are inspired by the antique decorations found in European homes from the late 1800s to early 1900s - especially in Germany, Austria, and Scandinavia - where paper flowers were carefully crafted for both Easter and Christmas. Back then, families made these flowers by hand to bring color and life into their homes during the long winters and early spring celebrations.

Each of our flowers is made using hand-dyed crepe paper, just like the originals. The petals come in timeless, muted tones: pure white, white with black stamen, black with yellow stamen, brown with black center, beige with black stamen, and beige with green stamen. Every flower is finished with green sepals and a long wired stem, so you can easily attach them to a Christmas tree branch, an Easter arrangement, a wrapped gift, or a festive table setting.

These flowers are shaped and assembled by hand, one by one, preserving the delicate imperfections and organic feel that gave the originals their charm. They’re lightweight, long-lasting, and can be reused year after year - just as they were a century ago.
