We ship worldwide. Please note that given the new taxes and import duties, our US customers will have to pay extra fees.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working business days.

If a product is marked as Pre-order, it will ship as soon as the product is in stock. If an order contains Pre-order and in stock items, the order will be sent all at once, when Pre-order items have been restocked.

The shipping costs vary depending on the weight and on the shipping area.

The cost will be reflected at checkout while selecting your shipping country in the address form.

The shipping cost does not include the duties and taxes that some country outside of the EU may ask.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

Orders within the EU will not be charged any additional taxes or fees. Customers from countries outside of the EU may have to pay additional fees or customs charges. NORDIC.CHRISTMAS has no control over any customs or import duties that could be asked when the parcel reaches your destination country. If applicable, once the order is placed you will be contacted by the carrier for the payment of tax or duties. If you decide to not accept the charges, the order will be returned to us, but you will still be responsible for the shipping fees, the method of payment fees and packaging costs.
