Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working business days. 

If a product is marked as Pre-order, it will ship as soon as the product is in stock. If an order contains Pre-order and in stock items, the order will be sent all at once, when Pre-order items have been restocked.

The shipping costs vary depending on the weight and on the shipping area.

The cost will be reflected at checkout while selecting your shipping country in the address form.

Orders within the EU will not be charged any additional taxes or fees. Customers from countries outside of the EU may have to pay additional fees or customs charges. NORDIC.CHRISTMAS has no control over any customs or import duties that could be asked when the parcel reaches your destination country.
